The files posted below contain the AEs needing revisions and include the associated feedback collected from the surveys which were submitted.


Please select the AEs you would like to revise, make your revisions, save your revised version by replacing the "RevisewFeedback" in the file name with "Revised" and your initials (i.e. "NL.CLL.4.1_PT_RevisewFeedback" will become "NL.CLL.4.1_PT_Revisedamg"), and post your revised document in the appropriate location below.

Instructions for uploading your revised file:

1. Click Edit.
2. Click in the appropriate location to place your file.
3. Click File and a new box will appear.
4. Click +Upload Files and a new box will appear showing locations in [[#|your computer]]
5. Locate the file you want to upload and double-click the file or select your file and click Open.
6. When your file has finished, uploading click on the file and it will appear where you had your cursor on the page.

If you prefer to send your revised files to me at ann.gunter@dpi.nc.gov for posting, I will be happy to do it that way too.
